LushAIgent ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by LushAITech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service at lushaigent.ai and our WhatsApp-based AI agent.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect:
- Name and email address (via Google OAuth sign-in)
- Google profile picture
- Phone number (when you message us on WhatsApp)
Google Workspace Data
When you connect your Google account, we access only the data you explicitly authorize via OAuth, which may include:
- Google Drive files (names, content of files you ask the agent to read)
- Google Sheets (to read and update spreadsheets on your behalf)
- Google Docs (to read, create, and edit documents on your behalf)
- Gmail (to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf)
- Google Calendar (to read and create events on your behalf)
We access this data solely to perform tasks you request through the WhatsApp agent. We do not store copies of your Google Workspace data beyond what is needed to complete your request.
WhatsApp Messages
We receive messages you send to our WhatsApp Business number. These messages are processed to understand your requests and generate appropriate responses and actions.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the LushAIgent service — executing tasks you request via WhatsApp
- To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
- To access your Google Workspace on your behalf (only when you ask)
- To improve our service quality and fix issues
- To send service-related communications (billing, downtime, etc.)
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — your messages are sent to AI models to generate responses. These providers have their own data handling policies.
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- Meta (WhatsApp) — messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform
- Google — to access your authorized Workspace data via their APIs
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- OAuth 2.0 for Google account access (we never see or store your Google password)
- Secure hosting on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure in the EU
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and conversation history while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Delete your data — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Revoke Google access — disconnect Google Workspace at any time from your dashboard or from your Google account settings
- Opt out — stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
LushAIgent is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
