Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: No refunds once a subscription is charged. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the cycle you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
1. Why we don't issue refunds
Every LushAIgent subscription begins consuming real cost from the moment it activates:
- AI model tokens (Google Gemini, embeddings, voice transcription)
- Third-party API calls (Tavily search, WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Workspace)
- Server capacity, storage, and bandwidth
- Per-message infrastructure pacing under WhatsApp's rate limits
These costs are incurred upfront for the full billing cycle and cannot be recovered once the subscription is active, even if the user does not consume all the tokens included in their tier.
2. Try before you pay
We make it easy to evaluate LushAIgent without commitment:
- Free tier includes 175,000 lifetime tokens — enough to evaluate every Free-tier feature (web search, reminders, Bible lookup, smart memory, location maps, and more) over many conversations.
- Try the free tier first. Only subscribe once you're sure the paid features match what you need.
- If you have questions about which plan fits your usage, message us on WhatsApp before subscribing.
3. Cancellation — how it works
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Two ways:
- Type
cancelin WhatsApp — the agent will confirm and process the cancellation. - Visit your account dashboard at lushaigent.ai and use the cancel button.
What happens after you cancel:
- Your current tier (and all its features) remains active until the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
- You will not be charged again at the next renewal date.
- After the cycle ends, your account moves to the Free tier automatically — your conversations, history, and saved data stay intact.
- You can re-subscribe at any time later.
4. Exceptions
The "no refund" policy is firm, but we will issue a full refund in two specific cases:
- Duplicate charge. If Razorpay charges you twice for the same subscription due to a payment-system error, we refund the extra charge in full.
- Unauthorized charge. If someone subscribes using your account without your authorization and you report it within 7 days, we cancel and refund.
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, message us on WhatsApp with the payment ID and a brief description, or email support@lushaigent.ai. We respond within 48 hours.
5. Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade)
- Upgrade (e.g. Starter → Pro): your token quota resets to the new tier immediately. The new subscription replaces the old one. No refund of remaining time on the old plan.
- Downgrade (e.g. Pro → Starter): the change takes effect at the end of your current cycle, same as cancellation. You keep the higher tier until then.
